Running

Most people think that running is boring, takes to much time, or is to hard. I like running though, because I am really good at it. I ran cross country which was about 1.8 miles. Now I am running track. I run the mile and half mile, and have broken a school record for the mile. I got 5:17, but I want to get better. The fastest mile in the world was 3:43 or something which is really fast. The fastest man in the world is Usain Bolt. He ran almost 30 miles an hour. Usain Bolt is from Jamaica, and he ran his fastest in the Olympics. It was really funny to watch, because everyone else was running their fastest, while he was showboating past the finish line. It was amazing to watch.
